Born and raised in small town in India , the only way of life was to work the land, enjoy what they had, respect and make the most of it. Deepanker Khosla started with a food truck in Thailand after working 7 years in hotels, slowly moving his way up to be where he is today.  The man behind HAŌMA in Bangkok – a Neo-Indian restaurant with a socially and environmentally responsible heart and explosive flavours and is awarded with the Sustainable Restaurant Award 2024 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants List.  The restaurant is the result of a deep exploration of Deepanker Khosla’s roots and a journey that takes guests from East to West, from the land to the sea and through every corner of the immense Indian territory, all done with Thai produce, most of which they grow themselves.  It earned its first Michelin star in late 2022, combined with a Michelin green star for outstanding work in sustainability. Also achieving the first ever Champions of Change award given in 2021 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants List.
